Travel Vaccinations
Before foreign travel it is always best to check if you need any extra vaccinations. We offer free advice and basic travel vaccination to our registered patients.
If you think require any vaccinations or any advice regarding foreign travel you need to complete our travel vaccination questionnaire. This needs to be returned to us at least 6 weeks before your travel date. This is to allow our team to assess what treatment you may need and order any vaccines that are not held in stock. Once this is complete you will be able to book an appointment via reception.
Your travel vaccination appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
