You can now request repeat prescriptions, book appointments and update your details using our online services. Find more information and Sign up here: https://www.patientaccess.com/

Missed Appointments

We would ask that if you are unable to attend at the time you booked your appointment, please either contact us by telephone to cancel it, or cancel it online. This will allow us to offer the appointment to another patient.

Mental Health Nurse Appointments

You can book an appointment with Holly, our Mental Health Nurse Practitioner on here. It will initially be a phone call and then face to face can be arranged.

Practice Nurse Appointments

Due to the diversity of nurse appointments, we are unable to offer these online. Please call us to book.

Doctors’ Appointments

We are not currently offering GP appointments via this method. Please call us on 0151 638 4764 or submit an online consultation via Patchs on the home page of our website.

Inappropriate Use

We will be monitoring the use of this service, and we are sure that you will find it most useful. However, if we find that any users are abusing the service, we will revoke their access to the service, and they will have to liaise with our reception team for services. We would consider inappropriate use as:

• Booking appointments and not using them more than 3 times a year
• Booking appointments for other family members using your name
• Consistently booking inappropriate appointments with the doctor

If, once you have read this information, you wish to proceed, simply register using the EMIS Access registration and within 48 hours you will have full access to our online services. If you have any problems please contact the surgery.

• Update your details

You can also view your full medical record using patient access, however, you are required to fill in an online application form and provide two forms of identification.  Please ask at reception for more details.
