Please note: We have a strict 2 working day turn around on all routine repeat prescription requests. It is the responsibility of the patient or carer to ensure the request is put in on time.
IMPORTANT ADVICE about your PRESCRIPTION during the CORONAVIRUS outbreak
For the protection of patients and staff we are moving away from paper prescriptions.
Ordering your prescription:
Please be advised that unless there are exceptional circumstances, we require you to request your repeat prescription via on of the below methods only:
PHARMACY – (if you are classed as vulnerable and already have an arrangement in place.)
If you do not have access to email, you can nominate a friend / relative to email your request on your behalf.
We cannot accept prescription requests over the phone.
Collecting your prescription:
All patients will now be required to set up a nominated pharmacy. Your prescription will be electronically sent to this pharmacy. If you do not yet have a nominated pharmacy please ask the receptionist or pharmacist to set this up. You may be allocated a pharmacy if we cannot get in touch with you to select one. This will be the pharmacy closest to your home. This can be changed at any time via phoning the surgery or pharmacy.
