Coronavirus Covid-19 Updates

CORONAVIRUS

If you become unwell with symptoms of Coronavirus before your appointment- do not come to the surgery. Ring our reception team and they will amend your appointment as appropriate.

Prescriptions, Referral Letters and Sick (Fit) Notes

Where possible we will be sending these items electronically. Please be prepared to update your contact including email address details with our administrative team.

This is an ideal time to register for online prescriptions and to nominate a pharmacy for us to send your prescription to. This way there is no need for you to risk visiting the surgery. Please ask any member of staff for details.
