Vaccinations

COVID-19 vaccines are still available at Leasowe Pharmacy or via the NHS Living Well Service. Find out when the Service is on the Wirral by visiting www.cwp.nhs.uk/livingwellservice

 

Appointments

If you become unwell with symptoms of Coronavirus before your appointment- do not come to the surgery. Ring our reception team and they will amend your appointment as appropriate.

 

Prescriptions, Referral Letters and Sick (Fit) Notes

Where possible we will be sending these items electronically. Please keep us updated if you change your phone number or email address.

You can register for online prescriptions and to nominate a pharmacy for us to send your prescription to. This way there is no need for you to risk visiting the surgery. Please ask any member of staff for details.
