VCHC is a very modern, purpose built premises designed to deliver the best care for you.

We are located in Wing D on the ground floor of the main VCH building which has automatic opening main doors to give easy access for wheelchair users.  There is plenty of on-site parking and for those using public transport, there is a bus stop outside the main gates on Mill Lane.  The building is fully accessible and includes disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.

Arrangements can also be made for interpretation and translation services either in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let reception know if you need this service when booking an appointment. 

Opening hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-18:30 (excluding Bank Holidays). We also provide Enhanced Access appointments on some weeknights 18:30-20:00 and some Saturdays 8:30-17:30.
