New health care and social prescribing roles
We are excited to be working as part of the Wallasey Wellbeing Primary Care network and to introduce some new roles to the practice.
Depending on your condition or query you may be offered an appointment with one our new, highly skilled team members:
- Social prescribing link workers
- Health Coach
- First Contact Physio
- Clinical Pharmacist
- Care Co-ordinator
These are specially trained members of our team who can provide you with more specialised, individual care tailored to you.
